Lange & Söhne include a pocket watch commissioned in 1898 by Emperor Wilhelm II for Sultan Abdul Hamid II, the Centennial Tourbillon, created in 1900 by Emil Lange, and No. 42500, “The Grande Complication”, created in 1902 and still the most complicated watch ever produced by the company. During World War II the factory was bombed on May 8, 1945. 145 years to the day after the founding of the original Lange company in Glashütte, the great-grandson of Ferdinand Adolph Lange, Walter Lange, reclaimed the heritage of his family. On December 7, 1990, he founded Lange Uhren GmbH as a successor to, and continuation of, the company. On October 24, 1994, A. We offer a 12-month limited warrantee on all Pre-Owned timepieces. New timepieces will come accompanied by its original Limited Manufacturer warrantee. All timepieces, whether New or Pre-Owned, are guaranteed for authenticity. Pre-Owned watches are rigorously inspected before it can continue through the process of being sold to an end buyer.

The guarantee involves the seller being scrutinized for being known to obtaining his timepieces from reputable sources and must have a portfolio. Pre-Owned pieces will be tested for at least 4 days before they can be guaranteed to meet timekeeping standards. This involves inspection for water resistance, +/- 5 seconds per day (COSC Standards rate resumption), and is tested by a Multifunction Timegrapher. Some vintage watches should not be subjected to the same conditions as when they were new.

We understand that replica timepieces have gotten very well constructed, but we ensure that every timepiece sold through Timecraft Exchange is 100% authentic and comes from reputable dealers/ collectors. Timecraft Exchange is aware of signs that a timepiece could be non-authentic, such as lack of documentation (box and papers), and will take such occasions into consideration.

You have (7) days from the shipment date to return your purchased item (Subject for approval). Once we receive your return and it is applicable for a refund, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your return, plus another five (5) business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

Timecraft Exchange products must be returned in a new (unused) or original delivered state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original manufacturer box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. Timecraft Exchange will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Personalized products, special requested engraving etc. cannot be returned to Timecraft Exchange for a refund or exchange. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the customer’s request must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Timecraft Exchange to ensure that the returned product satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Timecraft Exchange will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the customer or the gift recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Timecraft Exchange will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

All new product orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Timecraft Exchange. This may be limited from time to time depending upon the quantity of pieces available.

PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS
The timepiece will be subject to availability on the Timecraft Exchange Marketplace. Timepieces will be hunted down in the Marketplace once attained. Please allow 3-4 days to Quality Control (QC) timepiece. Once QC is completed and has passed the price discussion, you will be contacted.
